    Please go directly to the nearest emergency room if you are in need of immediate care and attention. Alert the emergency room staff that you are a patient of MSU Department of Medicine.

    We are available 24 hours for in hospital and out-patient patient concerns. After hours, weekends and holidays, your call will be processed by our answering service and forwarded to the physician on call for follow-up.
