BIO
Ling Wang, MS, PhD, joined the department as an assistant professor in December 2016 to both continue her own research pursuits in developing Bayesian methods with application on the Genome-Wide association studies and Causal Inference studies and assist faculty on research projects throughout the Department of Medicine. She is currently developing new methodological approaches in causal inference study for heterogeneous treatment effects of pediatric patients with different treatment interventions. Dr. Wang also was employed as a biostatistician consulting with department faculty. In fact, Dr. Wang’s expertise is in high demand and already is collaborating with numerous faculty on their research in her brief time at OEM.
