Goals:

1. To understand EP3 and EP4 signaling
2. To understand the divergent roles of the EP3 and EP4 receptors in heart failure
3. To gain a better understanding of how antagonism of the Prostaglandin E2 EP3 receptor may exert cardioprotective effects
