1. Annual reviews are based on calendar year2. Annual review form will be distributed electronically each year in December
a. Annual Review form Link
b. Department Ratings link3. The Annual review process is completed by March 31
a. Division Chiefs meet with faculty for individual annual review
b. Division Chiefs will meet individually with the Department Chair to summarize the reviews of the members of the Division
c. The Chair makes the final decision on all ratings and percent of effort in each of four categories
i. Research
ii. Instruction
iii. Administrative/Committee Service
d. An electronic signed Annual Review will be provided to:
i. Appropriate Division Chief
ii. Faculty
