 Learning Objectives: At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the prevalence of Gender Based Discrimination (GBD) and Sexual Harassment (SH) among academic hospitalists.
  2. Summarize academic hospitalist’s experiences of Sexual harassment and Misconduct by patients and /or coworkers.
  3. Recognize perception of academic hospitalists about Gender Based Discrimination (GBD) as a barrier to career advancement.
  4. Determine the need for dedicated interventions to prevent current challenge of GBD and SH.
