Dr. Sangbum Park presents “Recovery of the immune barrier during skin wound repair in live mice”

Goals:

1. Understand the cellular and tissue-level changes in skin epithelium during wound repair in live mice.

2. Determine the spatiotemporal distribution of tissue-resident immune cells in the epidermis.

3. Identify mechanisms that recover damaged immune barrier after injury.
