Application Requirements

• Participate in THE MATCH program
• All completed applications must be submitted through ERAS.
• A complete application must include:
  • CV
  • Recent photo
  • Three (3) letters of recommendations
  • USMLE scores
  • ECFMG certificate if applicable
• Candidates will be contacted by email.
• Interviews are held in the fall.
• The Infectious Disease Fellowship does sponsor H1B Visa’s.
